Dawon Foods Co., Ltd. has developed into the biggest total company of fermentation foods in China since it was founded with the idea of adding our devotion and technology to the abundant Nature in 1992.
Dawon Foods, which has a site of about 31,000 pyeong (104,364m2) and 1,200 staffs, has the capability to process 14,000 ton of pepper and produce more than 10,000 ton of paste. At this full capacity all year, Dawon has been supplied 1000 ton of finished products of red pepper paste and more than 10,000 ton of half finished products of red pepper paste to Korean paste company and also is exporting these goods to all over the world such as America and Japan, including domestic market of China.
Our main business fields are traditional fermentation products such as soybean paste and soy sauce, including red pepper paste. We also produce red pepper powder, rice syrup, salted stuff, vegetables and grains. Dawon Foods has the hygienic and automatic facilities in all the production line for the production of good quality food and the safe management.

As a result of our steady effort to deliver the honesty of nature, we have been won the recognition of all production processing and quality from all over the world for the achievement such as acquisition of ISO 9001 international quality control system certification, approval of American FDA, construction of HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), etc. And for the development of products, improvement of quality, environment and hygiene control, we founded and are managing paste research institute which has perfect system as Korean foods company that entered China market. Differently from early 90's when we have started as another company on broad ground with only summons of 'good ingredients', China, in where Dawon Foods had worked, is now changing radically.
